Looking for something different to do with friends on a week night or weekend? Why not learn how to mix, muddle and shake your favourite cocktails and learn new ones! 
At NICE we teach people the exciting ART of making cocktails.
Learn a little about the history of cocktails.
Followed by a brief introduction to the different methods of making cocktails.
Then the fun really begins, make two cocktails from our cocktail menu then trade places with your teacher and experiment with a range of spirits and invent your own perfect creation.
If you would like to include food in your package we can provide canapés and nibbles or a pre sit down meal in our NICE Restaurant.
Masterclasses are perfect for pre wedding celebrations, birthday parties or corporate events. As well as specialising in private bookings we hold a range of themed events.

Friday 10th February - Valentines Themed Cocktail Masterclass with canapes and nibbles 7pm
Friday 29th June - Summer Sun, Tropical themed Cocktail Masterclass with canapes and nibbles 7pm
Wednesday 31st October - Halloween Cocktail Masterclass with canapes and nibbles 7pm
Wednesday 5th December - Christmas Themed Cocktail Masterclass with canapes and nibbles 7pm
